How BIS Realty collects, uses, and protects information: your Suite account, BRIA, live voice and face, messaging and delegation on your business line, client signals and matching, and the providers we name.
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how BIS Realty — the realtor software of Bridge Investment Solutions ("BIS", "we", "us") — collects, uses, and protects information across the BIS Realty website (bisrealty.com), the BIS Realtor Suite, and BRIA, our conversational assistant, including the Suite's text messaging features. It is the canonical privacy policy for BIS Realty.
Effective date: November 1, 2026.
The consumer services of Bridge Investment Solutions — the consumer account, the client panel, and the educational modules — are governed by their own Privacy Policy, published at bridgeinvs.com.
BIS Realtor Suite is a work platform for real estate professionals ("realtors"). Realtors use it to communicate with their own clients and prospects — including by text message, with the consent of each recipient.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly: your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you create a BIS Realty account, start a free trial, submit a form on bisrealty.com, or contact us for support.
Information realtors provide about their own clients and prospects: when a realtor uses BIS Realtor Suite, they may add contact details of their own clients and prospects (such as a name and mobile phone number) so the Suite can help them follow up. Realtors are responsible for having the consent of each person they add.
Transaction coordination information: when you use BRIA Operations, you record information about your transactions and the people who take part in them — buyers, sellers, and other parties; the property; key dates; association, wire-verification, and insurance milestones; and the documents you prepare — so BRIA can coordinate your closings and your listings.
Messaging information: the content of text messages sent and received through the service, delivery records, and opt-in and opt-out records kept to honor each person's choices.
Call information: when calls run through a realtor's BIS business line, call records (the numbers involved, time, duration, and status); a voicemail left for the realtor is transcribed so it can appear as text on the client's record in the Suite.
Activity in the client panel: the homes a client saves and the listings they view in their own BIS panel, which their connected realtor can see in the Suite, as described in the section on delegation, client signals, and matching below.
AI Twin materials: if a realtor activates their AI Twin, the image and voice materials they provide for it, through the service, so the twin can be created and generate their videos.
Technical and usage information: basic device, browser, and usage information collected automatically when you use BIS, and activity records inside the account (such as pages used and actions taken) used to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
BRIA conversations and dictation
When you talk with BRIA — on this website or inside your Suite — we process what you write so BRIA can guide you and, inside the Suite, act on what you ask. Inside the Suite, BRIA works with your context: your clients, your listings, and your calendar.
If you use dictation, your voice is converted to text by your browser's speech service; BIS receives the resulting text, not a voice recording. Please do not dictate or type passwords, full account numbers, or other credentials into a conversation with BRIA.
We use conversation content to provide and secure the service and, in aggregated and de-identified form, to improve it. We do not sell conversation content.
Talking with BRIA by voice — including face to face on our public pages — works differently from dictation: with your permission, your microphone audio is streamed to the voice and face providers that power the conversation (named in the "Service providers we name" section) so they can transcribe what you say and render BRIA's spoken replies and her face. Your camera is never used — not for the face, and not for anything else. A live conversation starts only when you press the button to start it, and you can end it at any moment and continue in text.
Conversations with the public BRIA — on bisrealty.com and on the Suite's sign-up page — are stored in our systems so we can answer you, keep the conversation going while you browse, measure how the reception is used (which page, which language, how many questions, whether a live conversation happened and how long it lasted), and improve it. If you leave your name and email in the follow-up form on those pages, we keep them only with your explicit consent, so the BIS team can write back to you.
Delegation, client signals, and matching
Delegation on the realtor's business line: when a realtor delegates to BRIA, BRIA reads incoming SMS and WhatsApp messages with the client's history and the realtor's calendar in hand, and drafts replies in the realtor's voice. A draft is sent only when the realtor approves it — or under a rule the realtor pre-authorized (for example, answering a missed call at once, in the realtor's name). Approvals, pre-authorized rules, and what was sent are recorded on the client's timeline.
Client signals (Intent Radar): a client's activity in their own panel — saving a home, or viewing the same listing again and again — can generate an intent card for their connected realtor, showing the counted evidence and a draft prepared by BRIA. The realtor can approve, edit, or dismiss the card; dismissals are recorded and adjust the radar. Nothing is sent to the client without the realtor's approval.
Matching (Buyer Match): the Suite can surface, for a given listing, the buyers in the realtor's own book whose declared criteria fit it, with the score broken down into visible factors. Matching uses only criteria the client declared — such as budget, area, and must-haves — never protected characteristics, and a client who declared no criteria receives no score.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the BIS Realty website and the Realtor Suite; to run the messaging, delegation, matching, and BRIA Operations coordination features; to respond to questions and support requests; and to keep the service secure.
We use mobile phone numbers and messaging data only to run the follow-up messaging service described in our Messaging Terms: delivering the messages each recipient has consented to receive, confirming appointments, honoring opt-outs, and preventing abuse.
The information you record about your clients, your listings, and your transactions — including the coordination information described above — is processed only to provide the service to you: we never use it for our own marketing, and never for the benefit of any other customer.
We do not sell personal information.
Mobile information and text messaging
Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you give a realtor your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, that consent is used only so your realtor — through BIS Realtor Suite — can follow up with you about your real estate needs: appointment and showing reminders and confirmations, property updates, and replies to inquiries you have made.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@bisrealty.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Text messaging providers and mobile carriers process messages only to deliver them; they do not receive your information for their own marketing purposes.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the service — for example, our text messaging provider, our voice and face providers, our property-data providers, and our hosting providers — and only under agreements that limit them to providing the service to us.
When you publish a listing or a public profile through the Suite, the information you choose to make public is shown as described in the product. When a client connects with you through their panel, the information they choose to share with you is available to you in the Suite.
We may disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.
Service providers we name
We work with specific providers, each limited to the service it performs for us: Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp messaging and voice calls on realtors' business lines); OpenAI (the language and live-voice technology behind BRIA's conversations); Anam (the face and voice-rendering layer for BRIA's live face conversations); Supabase and Vercel (database and hosting infrastructure for the platform).
When a realtor activates the AI Twin, a third-party video-generation provider processes the realtor's image and voice, on BIS's behalf, to generate their twin's videos. Each provider processes information only to provide its service to us; we do not sell personal information to them or share it for their own marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, honor legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Listing, message, and call records are kept according to the needs of the service and applicable law.
When you ask us to delete your information, we delete or de-identify it except where the law requires us to keep it.
Public concierge conversations, message records, and call records are kept while needed to operate, secure, and improve those services, under the same rules.
Data security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Your choices
Text messages: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from the BIS Realtor Suite program. Opt-out requests are honored promptly.
Access and deletion: you may ask what information we hold about you and request its correction or deletion by writing to support@bisrealty.com. If your information was provided by your realtor, we will coordinate with them where needed.
Cookies: you can control cookies through your browser settings, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Live conversations with BRIA: a voice or face conversation starts only when you start it, and you can end it at any moment and continue in text. The visit statistics we keep from our public pages are anonymous; a name and email are kept only if you leave them with your consent, and you can ask us to delete them at support@bisrealty.com.
Children
BIS Realty is intended for adults. Accounts may only be created by people who are at least 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as BIS Realty grows. The effective date shown at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page.
