The terms of the BIS Realtor Suite text messaging program: who receives messages, consent, frequency, opt-out, and support.
The program
The BIS Realtor Suite Messaging Program ("the Program") is operated by Bridge Investment Solutions ("BIS"). The Program lets real estate professionals who use BIS Realtor Suite send text messages to their own clients and prospects who have consented to receive them.
Effective date: October 31, 2026.
Messages are follow-up communications about the recipient's own real estate activity: showing and appointment reminders and confirmations, property updates, and replies to inquiries the recipient has made. The Program is not used to message purchased, rented, or third-party lists, and it is not used to advertise third-party products.
How you sign up for text messages
You can sign up for text messages from your real estate agent in three ways: (1) by providing your mobile number to your real estate agent — through the agent's BIS page or intake form, or by creating a client account — and agreeing to be contacted by text message; (2) by asking your real estate agent — in person, by phone, or in writing — to keep you updated by text; or (3) by sending the first text message to your agent's BIS Realtor Suite program number.
The disclosure for this program, provided when you sign up, is: "You agree to receive text messages from your real estate agent through the BIS Realtor Suite messaging program about your real estate activity: showing and appointment reminders and confirmations, property updates, and follow-ups on your inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service. Program terms: https://bisrealty.com/en/messaging-terms. Privacy Policy: https://bisrealty.com/en/privacy-policy."
Your consent is recorded — including when and how you gave it — and kept together with your opt-in and opt-out history so your choices are honored. Realtors are responsible for obtaining and recording the consent of each person before the first message is sent, and may only message their own clients and prospects who have given this consent; purchased, rented, or third-party lists are never used.
Consent and opt-in
You receive messages only if you opted in: by providing your mobile number to your real estate agent through the agent's BIS page or intake form, or by creating a client account, by asking your realtor to keep you updated by text, or by texting the Program number first. Realtors are responsible for obtaining and recording the consent of each person before the first message.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.
WhatsApp and calls
WhatsApp: the same follow-up can run over WhatsApp on the realtor's own number, which stays on the realtor's phone; BRIA helps on that number only when the realtor delegates. The consent and opt-out rules of this Program apply the same way — reply STOP on WhatsApp to opt out of WhatsApp messages from the Program.
Calls: calls to a realtor's BIS business number can be forwarded to the realtor's phone showing the business number as the caller ID, and a client can be called through a bridge that shows the business number. If a call is not answered, the caller can leave a voicemail; the voicemail is transcribed and placed on the client's record in the Suite, where BRIA can draft the reply for the realtor's approval. Call records (the numbers involved, time, duration, and status) are kept on the client's timeline.
Delegation: when a realtor delegates, BRIA drafts replies to incoming messages; a draft is sent only with the realtor's approval, or under a rule the realtor pre-authorized (for example, answering a missed call at once). The realtor can pause or stop delegation at any time.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on your activity with your realtor. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving text messages from the Program. You will receive a single confirmation message. To opt back in, reply START or ask your realtor.
Help and support
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact BIS support at support@bisrealty.com.
