The specific terms for the BIS Realty AI Twin: your consent to use your image and voice, what the twin is for, what your plan includes, your responsibility for its content, and revocation.
These AI Twin Terms govern the AI Twin feature of BIS Realty — the digital twin created from your image and your voice inside the Marketing Studio of the Realtor Suite. They form part of the BIS Realty Terms & Conditions: by activating or using your AI Twin, you accept these terms together with the general terms and our Privacy Policy.
Effective date: November 1, 2026.
Your AI Twin is created only from the image and voice materials you provide for that purpose, and only with your authorization. By providing those materials and activating the twin, you consent to their use to create your twin and to generate the videos you ask it for, under these terms.
You may only provide your own image and your own voice. The twin exists to present you — never another person — and providing someone else's image or voice, or using the twin to impersonate anyone, is prohibited.
You keep every right you hold in your image and your voice. BIS claims no ownership of your likeness: your consent is what lets the feature work, and it lasts only while you keep the twin active, as the revocation section describes.
The AI Twin exists for one purpose: your own marketing content inside BIS Realty. Your twin presents you — your listings, your services, your market updates — in videos you create in Marketing Studio, so your clients can see and hear you without you having to record every piece yourself.
The twin works only where you choose to use it, in the content you generate with it. It does not speak for you anywhere else, and it does not act on its own: every video exists because you generated it through the feature.
Video generation for the AI Twin is performed by a third-party video provider acting as a processor for BIS on this feature. The provider's processing begins only when you activate the twin, and it runs from within your BIS account.
Your image and voice materials are processed by the provider only to create your twin and generate your videos, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your AI Twin is included in your BIS Realty subscription: no separate charge, no usage allowance to manage, and no credit balance to top up. BIS creates your twin inside the Suite, from the photo and voice you provide, and your twin's videos are generated inside your BIS account — you do not open, connect, or pay for any account of your own with any video provider.
If BIS later introduces optional premium consumption for the twin with a real third-party cost of its own, that consumption may be measured in credits, under terms BIS will define and publish before they apply, and always with the cost shown before you spend. Until BIS publishes such an option, nothing in these terms creates a credit balance, an allowance, or a usage rate for the twin. If credits are ever introduced, they will not be a currency, will have no cash value, and will not be transferable between accounts.
Your twin presents you, and its content is your content: you are responsible for everything your twin says and shows, exactly as with any content you publish through BIS Realty — including its accuracy and its compliance with fair-housing law, MLS rules, advertising regulations, and your brokerage's policies.
Review every video before you publish it. Do not use the twin to present properties, prices, results, or statements you could not lawfully publish yourself, and do not present generated content in a way that deceives its audience about what it is.
You may revoke your consent and stop using your AI Twin at any time, from your account. Revocation takes effect going forward: the twin is deactivated, no new videos are generated from your materials, and your source materials can be deleted from your BIS account, where you control them.
Revocation does not undo the past: the videos you already generated and published were created under your consent while it was in force. Content you published on third-party platforms remains yours to withdraw there; BIS cannot unpublish what you posted outside the service. If you close your BIS Realty account, your twin is deactivated with it.
We may update these terms as the AI Twin evolves; the effective date at the top of this page is the current version, and material changes will be announced before they apply.
